1. When will my order be posted? Your order will be posted out within 1-2 working days, in the event of any delay in sending out your order you will be contacted by email.
  2. How much is delivery? Within the UK, I offer standard postage at £2.95 for orders under £20 and free postage for orders over £20 (excluding postage costs) these parcels will be sent First Class with Royal Mail.
  3. International Customers:  All international orders will be sent by a trackable method of postage. If you require a courier delivery please contact us via the contact page in order to obtain a quote.

General Terms and Conditions:

Lost/Missing Parcels: If you have not received your order within 21 days of receiving an email disptach notification, please ensure you have checked with your local parcel delivery office to see if it's there, also if you if you have safe places that parcels can be left such as neighbours houses please kindly check with them too. If your parcel comes back to me within this 21 day period I will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If your parcel hasn't arrived after the 21 day period from the day of dispatch please contact us to arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable a similar item may be substituted (by mutual agreement) or a refund given.


Returns/Refunds: In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us in the first instance. Unused items must be returned in their original state and packaging, at your own cost, within 14 days of receipt. Once the items are received in their original condition a refund of the cost of the item can be arranged. As I am unable to refund on returns that have not been received by ourselves I would recommend using a signed for trackable method of postage, I would be then be able to refund you the cost of the item after seeing the proof of postage.

Used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is damaged or faulty, please contact us via the Contact Us page and where possible take a photograph of the  damage. Please return the item to us by tracked and signed for postage, upon receipt of the item either a replacement or refund will be issued, in this instance the cost of the return postage will be refunded to you.
